Why would you guys want a power plant? Do you not care about your health, our water is bad enough... Do you not like seeing the wild life fly over??? Or do you ever get your a$$ out of the house or off the computer long enough to see God's creations?
If you think a power plant is going to help your property taxes or the counties revenue, then why didn't CrossTex help this matter? Unless you were of the one's who got paid to keep your mouth shut. Really... I've done some research there are NO Minutes in the commissioners court to be found about CrossTex coming to our town.

Just what does the county have to do with anyone "coming to town"? I doubt that it would be a subject for the agenda, unless someone asked for it to be on the agenda. Do you even know how things work, or are you just running your head?
Are you implying that some of our elected officials received a kickback or something on that order?

It's funny that there was nothting metion about CrossTex in the minutes.
Now Rip Templeton has brought it to the commissioners court about a power plant (was these just political motive because Mikey Goforth was running against him?)
Now the chamber of commerce has a list of 5 electrical carriers that might be interested in bringing a power plant to this county.
Do you even know what the Commissioners job is in this county?
Maybe it will make you happy when they sneak it in, in your back yard a power plant, but I would not be happy. Did CrossTex help your taxes, it didn't ours, property taxes went up this fiscal year. So in saying that... what has the $400,000.00+ tax revenue done for us property owners????
Do that sound like I'm running my head?
It's a fact that property taxes will continue to rise, if you don't believe me, go ask Kim at the appraisal office.

Are you saying that the Cross Tex thing has brought in 400k in tax revenue. In what year? Have they paid the taxes yet? If they have, who spent the money, or rather, where is it?
The tax lady will raise taxes more at the behest of the Cooper ISD if they ask her too. She doesn't even pay taxes in Delta, I don't think.

While looking at this website (I already knew about it) I looked up Wayne Poole nothing came up except Jane Poole, I looked up Gillian no records found, London the house is in Phyllis name only, Derrell London has .39 acres.
The land for R.Benedict, for business proposes he put the land and house in his wife's name Simpson. Maybe for the same reason the London's did.
By the way the land Wayne lives on was bought and paid for way before Wayne was in the picture. Funny he's not on the tax roll.
It was stated by Dawn Curtis that CrossTex paid $409,000.00 at the Democratic debate. Did you see CrossTex value on trueautomation?
So I don't know why you and other people keep bringing up about Benedict. He is for real about saving this county money and saving the county period.
