What kind of place is his Honey Grove, TX. I came across it searching on the web and the comment from "ms bitch" is the first thing I saw. I hope this "thing" is not an example of your town. Is there a side road around his town?

Woods Delta County S.O.
Spending shows Wood spends $7.51 per prisoner on food per day.
Other counties around us average $1.23 per prisoner per day on food.
S.O. has over spent it's budget so bad that heads should roll.
