Thom Kliener up to his usual governing of not telling the public about issues. Waits to after election and chooses to release info during holiday season. Remember the 14 million Aquatic complex he wanted to build but didn't tell the public about the sewer infrastructure which is now in excess of 40 million. He believes that he can spend our money and cover up his mistakes and and inept management skills by bonding and selling town property to outsiders for next to nothing.
