Oil-skimming barge built near Slidell getting good reviews

I have a product that is a powder that absorbs oil, not anything else, that when it absorbs the oil, it forms putty like patties that will not stick to ANYTHING. Then it can be scooped up with nets. When this powder is thrown in the water it absorbs oil immediately.
I thought this would be good to throw off of the back or front of your boat that would allow the oil to be converted into non stickey patties.
