Kendro in Vice? The confusion might be that he was dating the Vice Major and also other females in HPD at the same time. He is very personable.
How does spreading gossip apply to this?

Well, gossip does tend to level the playing field... not legitimately, but it can and does... Hawaii nei!

Woah, somebody had too much chemicals during their tour of duty, eh? Wink wink! Maybe HPD could add WaterBoarding Torture to the techniques of questioning suspects!

Instead of a Police Chief, Hawaii needs to replace a pathetic HPD with a military organization with a Military Commander in charge.
World War Three has arrived. All the HPD scum that have falsely arrested and imprisoned individuals, stole from the disabled and poor, sold drugs, buying and selling guns, committing murder, extorting sex, tampering with evidence, etc, has turned the Hawaii judicial system into a joke. A Military Whip is going to crack some HPD Officers heads.
The Military is Supreme law, not the United States Supreme Court.
Maybe some of these HPD Officers will get their skulls subjected to electromagnetic weapons, the same kind HPD uses on unsuspecting victims.
Watch-out!

First of all, they need to check the amount of time these guys spent at Central / Nu'uanu YMCA -- Boisse sure did, and look where it got him!

The name rings a bell.

I've known him for several years and I'd say he's a good candidate.

All the applicants from HPD are highly qualified, but, some of them have had problems throughout their careers and involved in questionable conduct.

I hate reading about HPD. I never know what or who to believe. I never know what is going on over there, or if you can trust the HPD at all. I think they're in our corner, then I hear some strange stories like corruption, theft, good old boys. I just don't know about HPD. There are some very disgruntled people out there also. Maybe they are angry because they didn't get their way.
