Reallllly? I suppose all the offenders, drunk in public, breaking and entering, assault, etc, should be given the same breaks. Yes, lets just give any drunken pill head another chance...after they've had 10.

19.2-392 -§ 19.2-392. Fingerprints and photographs by police authorities.
A. All duly constituted police authorities having the power of arrest may take the fingerprints and photographs of:(i) any person arrested by them and charged with a felony or a misdemeanor an arrest for which is to be reported by them to the Central Criminal Records Exchange, or (ii) any person who pleads guilty or is found guilty after being summoned in accordance with § 19.2-74. Such authorities shall make such records available to the Central Criminal Records Exchange. I think you need to learn YOUR rights before you start preaching
False. You cannot refuse a mugshot or fingerprints, first or tenth offense. It's called obstruction if you do.

I love it because embarressing these people will make alot of them wise up and live right. "Dont do the crime if you cant do the time" or face having your mugshot in a magazine.

Yes, but what if you had a close family member or yourself and you were innocent?
Would you still feel the same?

99% of the people in crime times are thieves, DUI, drunk in public, or drug heads. Doubt very many are "innocent"

wow! you know 99% of the people in crime times. Post your picture on here and see how many know you.

Seriously though people ....humiliating those who have or have not committed victim-less and non-violent crimes like drug possession? You really, really hate the drug problem in this country and that's the best you can do? Make fun of them? Do you really think amusing yourselves with someones else's problems and legal issues is going to change anything? someone just made a buck off your ass and off the pain and humiliation of someone they don't even know. Hey remember that hippie lookin' dude with the beard and the long hair... Jesus? yep...arrested and charged! I can't imagine how his dad would feel if Jesus's pic turned up in Crime Times with some cutesy caption intended to humiliate him further. I'm starting to believe that some people are human beings and some are just basically meat with a mouth.

I missed a court date. I have been in the crime times 4 times..... This becomes a hassle. I have clients that are not using my services, family members calling asking if I am okay. I am getting a lot of greif and I live in a VERY SMALL town!! I want a way to have this stopped. I didn't kill anyone. I missed court over a driving on a suspended license, which is wrong, or have everyone else try to drive that had been drinking... I thought I was doing a public service. I was given a ticket and was TOLD TO DRIVE STRAIGHT HOME!! So, obviously it wasnt SO BAD. BUT NOW IT IS INTERFERRING WITH MY LIFE! Also when I went to court since I was doing a good service the charge of driving on a suspended was DROPPED and so was missing the court date. SO HOW DO I GET THEM TO STOP POSTING MY PIC... my business had decreased 35%!!! THAT IS A LOT!
