After these snows, its time APCO cut down every tree that could fall on a power line, regardless of whose property its on.

They need to replace some of that outdated equipment.Old transformers,etc.

They need to place all electric wires underground. It may cost them now but think I how much it will save in the long run....

I'm tired of the outages too, but I'm not willing to pay 200% more every month on my bill. It would take at least that to pay for the kind of improvements mentioned here.
