A Sgt HAS to come out for safety when a man comes to get his belongings - by Courts Order - and he Refuses to get out of his patrol car even when the young man gets right in the the face of the home owner. Being the neighbor, I saw all this happen -- bad, bad, way for the Sheriff's dept to look!!!
