Apparently her decision making process when consuming alcohol is not present. Nor is her respect for our officers who could do without another idiot to deal with. I understand that people dont think clearly when intoxicated, but being belligerent with police officers is going to far. I'm mean think about it, destruction of property is bad enough, but to a police cruiser? She thought because she was a female she could do whatever she wanted.
