Mysterious staining on new automobile's seat leaves owner stymied

Q. I purchased a brand new 2008 Mercury Grand Marquis in November 2007. My problem has to do with the interior.
I'm having the same problem with my Palm Beach edition. On the drivers seatback. I think it's due to poor quality leather and should be replaced by Ford Motor Company. I'm in the process of trying to get this done.
