Been there, I saw the messy trash on the streets but looked high and low but did not find the charm you speak of.
They must have run out of charm the day I was there.
or perhaps the illegals took it when they left yesterday, they steal everything else they can get their hands on.
wish they would their take the trash with them when they leave the beach
