Mayor says no to pot ordinance

Mayor Judith Flanagan Kennedy has vetoed a proposed city ordinance restricting the location of medical marijuana dispensaries in Lynn, citing a concern that it might be unconstitutional.

I don't know what these people think they're doing. Marijuana is now considered a pharmaceutical in Massachusetts. You can't restrict these dispensary's any more than you could restrict a CVS. This is Insane.
