Errant text leads to charge of rape

It started off innocently enough. A misdialed text message fired off by a 14-year-old girl who thought she was contacting a friend.

This girl is guilty also. She knew his age, and her actions were inappropriate.
She needs counseling and probationary supervision. She knowingly and willingly met this man and engaged in sexual activity with him. She participated in this crime as well.

The errant text didn't lead to a charge of rape. The RAPE led to a charge of rape.

If texts were misleading she should have never text him again but did so. she was speaking with her friend before hand about dating an older man..As a parent of a 14 year old she should have been supervised and they should be checking her phone.Maybe he needs counseling as well after all his mind is much younger than his age according to documentation on record.. When my daughter went out you bet I knew were she was and with whom..Yes he has had a rough life but some of his family has been there for him..I should know!

Exactly. This probably wasnt her first destructive act, and it wont be her last. Dont worry about protecting her from this older guy, who is going to protect the rest of us from her? How many guys has she already taken down?
