Would like to know up date on what individuals in pea ridge feel about this shooting. Having been at the crime scene it was evident Mr. Smith was only one step to 1 and 1/2 step out of his home in the rear when taken down by the officer.

Police had prior knowledge that this individual had mental illness. Would like to know what the protocol is..and why no one followed up on the taunting Mr. Smith received from the young men across the street shooting bebe guns into his home?

Alot on unanswered questions remain for family. Anyone have any information to help us?
