The water in Sun Valley is OK for washing clothes, unless the lines have just been flushed then it is nothing but dirt, or taking a shower.
If you are VERY lucky you can get plants to grow with it but don't bet on it.
You CAN NOT DRINK OR COOK WITH IT unless you have a REVERSE OSMOSIS water purifier.
Otherwise you haul your drinking and cooking water.
I have lived in Sun Valley for 15 years now.
Nice place to live, quiet with few problems.
