Discouraging?

I'd say the roadblocks on I-17 at Sedona and the Flagstaff airport are - at a minimum - discouraging...

The snow has melted on most of the roads in Sedona, but still be careful with ice and more snow tonight.

What is it like now? We are heading that way soon. Was there much damage downtown? What about Tlaquepaque bridge.
