Man beaten, robbed in Red Bluff

A Red Bluff man was robbed at a transient campsite Thursday afternoon. Bill McArthur, 33, was reportedly attacked by a pair of acquaintances, Zeus Edward Slatton, 42, Red Bluff, and Jacob Gerald Cook, 27.

off the subject, i know, but the rbdn's headlines have improved greatly! They now ID in the headline whether the article pertains to something that happened in RB or if it happened in another city/state.
very helpful when you only have a few minutes to catch the latest local news, want to know what's going on here in town, and San Jose's or LA's news isn't a priority at the moment.
