Central Falls birthday party ends in melee

A teenager's birthday party that got out of control led to the arrest of two youngsters and prompted the police to pepper-spray a swelling crowd Friday night.

Are there any parents that watch or know what there kids are up to. What should have been a birthday party turns into a brawl because hoards of kids who weren't suppose to be there shows up. Many underaged kids were drinking, or showed up drunk at the party. I don't blame the police, and kids will be kids, but the parents that never question there kids until it is always to late.
