leave the fire fighters alone they earn their money putting their life on the lineevery time they enter a building.whether its empty or not they also leave no one behind.our goverment should pay our troops top pay they put their lifes on the line. so remember the next time your house is burning and they save someone--and a brother firefighter loses his life-you tell me his pay is to much--and i am not a wife of a firefighter or a family member-just someone who thinks a life is priceless-

Aleccia, be real. The City of Providence has been in financial crisis for years. These Top 40 paid employees know this and work around the" hiring freeze" and "staffing shortages" by working the O.T. for their own gain. Public Servant? On the taxpayers dime while unemployment is at 9.5 %??? Ha! These 40 are guilty of fulfilling the current angst the public feels with "unionized"employees and government workers...that they are lazy and greedy....THEY ARE!
