The traffic court judge in Hauppauge would say,

"Upon studying the clear and convincing evidence, I find you guilty upon being proven very guilty. I don't want you killing yourself or killing me, cause what goes around comes around. The fine, court costs, assessments, insurance hike, surcharge, and related costs will really kill you. Now get you pitiful carcass out of my nice court Mr Turd Puffer and pay the clerk at the window a grand."

Stupid dumbass guinea. Michael has a hot date with Bubba in the pokey. Bend over & don't drop the soap loser. Obviously this joker doesn't get it. Over the weekend in Yorktown, not far from pawling, a 24 year old driver his 21 year old passenger got killed when their BMW M3 hit a guardrail then a tree, just missed hitting the house. The car later exploded killing the 2 instantly. The speed limit on the road they were killed on was 30 mph. They had passed a driver on that 2 lane road, probably going 90. Stupid fools. I've driven on Route 22 where this loser went 134 mph & let me tell you. Very winding in spots. that's going towards Amenia & Wingdale, very picturesque part of Dutchess County. Hell a lot of these drivers drive over 100 on 684 which is a drag race straightaway interstate. F'in maniacs. surprised he wasn't killed like the 2 in Yorktown I mentioned earlier.

Why do they build cars to race up to 160 mph if we can't ever drive that fast. You know sooner or later some genius is going to mash the gas pedal? Why don't they build them to go no faster than 80 or 90 mph?

ok folks, the kid -- read KID - is an idiot, but seriously-- are you telling me that none of you have ever put the pedal to the metal when you were younger and a teen even. i am 55years old, at 17 years old i took my mother's eldorado baritz down LIE on an early sunday morning to 120mph or so- scared the shyt out of me- but exilerating at the same time for my age--
but seriously-honestly i think very few of my generation can say they havent done 100mph at least once-just to feel it.
now to comfort you all, i have only gotten 1 speeding ticket [i dont speed] and have only been in one accident that i had any responsibility in and both were 34yrs ago.
i am happy he is ok and no one was hurt. and hopefully has learned his lesson

I don't think there'd be all that much difference between hitting an oak tree at 90mph or 134 or 160. How dead would you like to be?
