I went there today and ordered one of the specialty slices and a chicken parm. I asked for a Coors Light, but was given the sad excuse of "I dont have my liquor liscense yet". If so, then why is your bar all set up? Anyways, after finding a seat, my food was eventually bought to me, only to find out my order had been messed up. My chicken parm ended up being a slice with some burnt chicken cubes on top of it. Not wanting to complain, i just smiled and took my first regretable bite of the most bland pizza I have ever tasted. After forcing myself to finish just that one pathetic attempt at a pizza, i started on my next one, that looked somewhat appetizing. It was horrible. It was comparable to putting a piece of string cheese in your back pocket and sitting on it all day. I did find it amazing that when i ordered my canoli that they acted like the place was on fire, running around not knowing what to do. My canoli was even horrible, it had only the ends filled with cream, with a big helping of nothing in the middle. I went there with a full wallet and empty stomach, and left there still having an empty stomach, but an empty wallet to boot!

I DONT KNOW WHAT THE PERSON FROM MAHOPAC IS TALKING ABOUT! every time that me and my family have either eaten there or ordered the FOOD AND PIZZA TO GO IT'S ALWAYS FRESH AND HOT AND DELICIOUS.

I really have no idea what the other person from Mahopac is talking about either. Graziella's has the BEST PIZZA EVER!! My family and I have been eating there ever since they opened and everything including the desserts have always been phenomenal. The staff makes you feel like family. Everyone that I have recommended the restaurant to has nothing but great things to say about their experience there. They do not have their liquor license yet therefore the bar is NOT set up for liquor. Although you can bring your own beer or wine with you and they don't charge a service fee. Oh and by the way, my family has been in the restaurant business for years and to us Graziella's Trattoria is a great addition to Pawling. Thanks for the great food and service.

We have had the pleasure of stopping by twice now without any dissapointment at all. We have not tried the pizza because of the extensive menue of specials. I did however have a calzone (with meat) that was as good as anything from Little Italy, NYC. The meat balls and spagetti are my measure of an Italian Rest. and Graziella's passes with flying colors. My reccommendation is to give it a try but do check their website for coupons first. Enyjoy!
