"LINDSAY: The Dennis Canon is no longer legally applicable (if it ever was) in South Carolina. Unfortunately, the ruling only applies to South Carolina church property today. Our prayer is that the courts of other states will rely on the S.C. Supreme Court decision, which often happens. Anyway, South Carolina represents the first hole in TEC's dike, and it is a large hole that I predict will get larger as others courts join South Carolina."

We can only hope other states join South Carolina because if TEC wins all of these lawsuits Muslims across the country will have a lot of nice buildings.
