Even if all the surveys are completed, which is unlikely, what mechanism will be in place to keep the information properly updated in a county with elements as mobile as some in Garvin County? What good is a database that is outdated in a week? Why not make it optional: Those who want to share information and glean any benefit may do so and those that don't simply get a number at their drive. I for one won't be providing any information. I voted against the plan. If I had wanted a numbered physical address I would move to town and get one.

This is a good idea but I think it will cause a lot of problems. Some of these people have had the same address for 80 years. I don't think people that lived in the city limits should have been allowed to vote on this. I know at least 50% of the people outside the PV city limits and I don't know a single person that lived out of the city that was for the 911 plan. Even our fire department was against it. Everybody I knew was against it, yet it passed, which means the majority of townspeople voted for it. I personally do not want to lose my current address and I think the 911 plan is just going to be a waste of time and money
