Ware told me Willie come here, quote; that gun get it out and give it to me.I said it is under the seat Ware:show it to me. I saw Ware undue the hammer strap on his side arm (9mm maybe) he was moving it up & down with a smile on his face backing up all the time talking to me. I opened the drivers door pulled the seat cover up move the stock out about 2 or 3 inches turned empty handed faced him and said there it is IF YOU WANT IT GET IT. His jaws dropped then said get back infront of the car. If I would have got the gun walked toward him the tape would only shown HE GOT A GUN BOOM, BOOM. Some will ask why were you in Georgia with a gun? We were in route to Kt. to go to another job site we had finished up in central Florida. When I travel I carry a rifle or shot gun, I would rather be TRIED BY 12 THAN CARRIED BY 6.

I still can't see how a butt chewing (not a ticket) for illegally crossing the railroad is construed as "law out of control"?

Curious: Read the opening statement of this person and you will see why this is LAW OUT OF CONTROL. I just put my comments in to conform I believe him. He stated the law of trespassing not if you can prove him wrong I will agree with you.

I read the opening statement. He was on railroad property without permission. The only time a person is not trespassing on railroad property is when they are at a crossing. He did not receive a ticket. He received a talking to and all of the sudden the "law is out of control." My point to this is he claims to be an ex-deputy and is gonna cry because he did not agree with the officer that stopped him. If he was an ex-deputy he would have known he was in the wrong, thanked the officer for doing his job and went on with his life. Instead of that he got on here and cried about how they should be doing other things other than messing with him.

Where do you (Curious) get the idea the guy was trespassing on railroad property? He stated he was at the "EDGE" of the road. The cop told him if he crossed there, he would THEN be trespassing. I guess if you need to twist the story a bit to better back up your opinion, that is OK in your book. The guy was "about" to commit a trespass, he should have been asked if he had other crimes planned for the day! CRIME PREVENTION OKIE STYLE! Just randomly stop people to ask if they are about to commit a crime! I love it!!!!
