Full story: www.csmonitor.com

Certainly, it seems that lobby tries to descredite the only normal candidate for president there.

Why? Because he's a Republican? You Liberals are all the same! You love to make fun of patriotic Americans (which is why I don't watch any of your late night shows like Jay Leno, or Saturday Night Live) but when we make fun of you, you get all whiny and stuff! You make me sick!

Actually, Colbert is a liberal as much or more than Jon Stewart is. He is doing satire, lampooning as a conservative on his show, like Alec Baldwin does on 30 Rock. I hate to break it to you like this, but yeah.

Political satire is great, but too often Colbert seems to be making fun of patriotism itself, wrapping himself up in the flag, etc.

If any Ron Paul supporters are dumb enough to fall for this, Colbert can have them.

I get all my news from The Daily Show and Colbert. They are both pretty damn funny. With South Carolina as an open primary state, There is a chance Ron Paul could be affected. Certainly none of Mitt or Newt's supporters would have a sense of humor, So they will not waste their vote on Herman Cain. But the liberal activist Libritarian pot heads will have a tough choice to make.
1. Not vote and just stay home stoned
2. Vote Ron Paul, Like their dope dealer advised them to do
3. Vote for Cain for a Colbert stunt

It's a difficult choice....I'm actually interested in how this is gonna turn out.
What does it say about America if Colbert's involvement make the SC primary generally useless????

This raises the question of whether Dr. Ron Paul, libertarian candidate who wants women seeking abortions to have medically unnecessary sonograms over their doctors' objections, is actually a more ironic candidate than Colbert.

The Genius of Colbert & Stewart is that they are bringing attention to how corrupt our election process has become as a result of the Supreme Court's Citizen United Decision by the Supreme Court. They've made it funny and informative. A lethal combination which will lead to the swift passage of Ammend2012.

Daily Horoscope for May 22

Gemini

Beware wishful thinking because it will cloud your thoughts and lead to confusion. However, that's much easier said than done, because today you're showing distinct tendencies towards living in a rosy world of your own and ignoring any hard facts that are under your nose. Take care that you don't allow someone to dupe you simply because you aren't paying attention to what they're saying or doing.
