typical city of houston bullshit.... they annex areas like that for tax base, they don't post any city limit signs to alert folks... and they write tickets and more tickets... wow... but put in for a call for service and they will refer you to the local county agency of that area they aren't going to come out and do anything to "police" that area.. they are just going to "play" police and write tickets, and controversial ones at that.. this is a chicken shit deal and they know it..
