Wow my late step mother was a Blanchard before she married my dad. She has since passed away. One on of my stepsiters was married to a Blanchard as well. It sure has changed alot. Did you go to school there? I went to the elementary school and then to the Jr High in Napoleonville till 9th grade then we moved over here to Alabama. All of my dads family is still there.

No my step mom was a Blanchard before she married my dad. My dads name is Donald Rivero. I wish I could get over there more I have a great number of friends that I grew up with over there. So your grandmother worked at St Joseph the Worker Catholic Church. I have been to mass and weddings there many years ago. It is such a small world.

Hi Becca. My Aunt Margaret was married to Don's brother Hoss (Ronald). I see him occasionally. His daughter and I keep in touch. Lacy is now working for the Registrar of Voters here in Assumption Parish.
