No gag order in CHP shooting case

A judge on Thursday declined to impose a gag order in a case involving suspected cop killer Columbus Allen Jr.

my opinion on this case is that they should just give him jail time there is no way no how that giving him death sentence right away without a case in court is the right way to handle it. I understand that it was a CHP working to give society safer streets, but we also have to go by law why are we going to have a constitution of laws if we don't even follow them. Like in the case of Tookie Williams they should have given him a second chance. The state never let him show himself to us that he did really change.

Kristal, they are not going execute him without a trial. He will get his day in court and you and I and the rest of the taxpayers with pay the bill. If he is found guilty he should given the death sentence. Let it be a message to these criminals that they will be held responsible for their actions. Let the punishment fit the crime. Swift and stern! As for Tookie, he devastated many lives and was able to live 20+ years longer than his victims. Thats unacceptable. These types of people never really change.

Tookie Williams is EXACTLY where he should be. This other clown that "supposedly" shot officer Scott, should get his stories straight when talking with the media. He gave the Modesto Bee two stories of where the car was stolen from.. what an idiot, smart he is not. The world will be a better place when this moron isn't breathing our air.

and to place a higher value on this particular life lost is an insult to the people who arent cops!
why is it more wrong to kill a cop than to kill a 25 year old gas station clerk?
