whether due to criminal sociopathic values or alcohol/drug dependency they have shown themselves not capable of conformning their behavior to the law
the basis of the behavior doesnt matter if the results are the same
they dont belong in residenial areas
no opinion from some quack/psychologist who derives his paycheck for saying to the contrary notwithstanding
on the other hand if lilo wants to rent my spare bedroom in the batcave call me
