Don't be thrown off track by thinking that big oil supports one side or the other on the carbon scam. It all depends on the individual company and how they prepared for potential sweeping cap and trade legislation. BP is one of the global energy companies that was in on the formation of the CO2 trading exchange in Chicago and has a big financial interest in seeing the fraudulent carbon trading scheme prosper. These multinational companies are not foolish. Many of them like BP, GE and others hedged their bets on the carbon market. There is HUGE money to be fleeced from the average working stiff by creating and running a derivative trading market for CO2.

Ironically it is the big multinational companies who have an interest in promoting the idea that "big oil" is behind the global warming skepticism. Think about how odd this is yet at the same time, brilliant in that GE and BP and others who had placed financial bets on CO2 are helped by creating the impression that they themselves are the "enemy" of the planet.

The taxpayer funded "scientists" have an interest in CO2 alarmism because their livelihood depends on creating and maintaining this carbon "scare". It keeps the public sympathetic to more and more funding that flows into their university departments and ultimately their pocketbooks.

The entire global warming due to man made CO2 emissions canard is unraveling very fast in the true scientific world and in the global political community. What we now see at the state and local levels are the reverberations of this out and out fraud perpetrated by criminals looking to steal more of your money. I encourage each and every American to speak up and fight back against this bad policy in all it's forms. Vote "yes" on 23 and let your local officials know that they will be voted out of office if they perpetuate bad policy based on the discredited CO2 fraud.

That's right! Unlike you he and 600 others have a job. That's the way it works in this country. If you don't like it there are plenty of others to choose from, but don't try to change WHAT WORKS!! Now take your Socialist Greenie poor excuse of a life over to Greenpeace and maybe you can wash there boats!

If by price you mean the ability to provide for my family at the expense of a hoax called "man made global warming", and not have to depend on the government for a hand out,(like you) than YES, ABSOLUTELY!!

You should read a book called "Climate Gate"
