They should get the kids who are fighting, bring them to an office and talk to them? Maybe offer them some milk and cookies? Talk about out of touch. What they need is to understand that there are consequences in our society....arrest them and put them through a court proceeding. Don't give them a warnings, etc. These kids have been "warned" for many years I am sure. Now show them reality. Stop coddling them already! If they cause trouble (such as slashing someone in the face, a fight of over 50 people, etc), take legal action.

I have a solution get the Students who are causing the problems with in the school and call the proper authority and tell who ever picks them up from school that they can not come back until they can act like human beings. Also When you go out into the real world and apply for jobs they are not going to hire people that fight and wear their pants down so you can see your ass you will not get a job if you kid's act like tuff guys. I also think they should put monitors on all the school buses and get guards that do not know these students. And also put the cops in the school. I also think you should make all the kid's wear uniforms to school that will help with problems too. And if a Student should refuse to wear a uniform then they should not be able to attend school until they do. All I have to say is If you can't act right in school then don't bother going to school any more stay home and be stupid.

WOW not much has changed since I went to Bellport high 24 years ago. I was the quiet one and still got into a fight defending myself twice by the same girl! As if that were not enough, she brought a group of about 50 of to my house to fight some more, of course we had to call the police. They were behaving like animals. I hated that school.

......GO GET THIS ONE,.GO GET THAT ONE,..Foey,...back in the 60's there was a movement to try to balance the equation between the blacks and whites,.. .......alot of people thought it was a good idea to try to indoctrinate them into a better life,..and open some doors that werent open before to them,..and alot of people tryed hard to make a difference,.. .......30 years later,..i who once was an advocate for the betterment of the black nation here in america, hace seen the comming of people like faracon,..and jessee jackson who might be a great benafactor to the black race in thier eyes,.but nothing more then a major threat to anything alive in this country,.. ......after the civil war there was legistration approved to help get those who wanted to go back to africa back home,.a free trip coutesey of the taxpayers,. .......it wasnt mandatory,..it was just to try to right a possable wrong,..and i say possable wrong because if thier own people sold them in the begining,.you cant blame the people who bought them,..free market society,..but the attempt was made,.. ......nower days,..everywhere you go and see where the black people have gathered,.you have violence,..crime and destruction,..and hatred of the white society,...not in the open,..but behind the doors,.. .....theres far to many black people behind bars in this country,..an unbelieveable amount,..and it's a testimony to the fact that theres somthing wrong,.. .....maybe there will be a day when black and white cultures will coexist,..but not in our lifetimes,.. ....ive seen this country go from the best on the planet to a threat and a seriouse one to the survival of the species,..worldwide,..our values are distorted,..twisted,..and confused,... ....and the reason is obviouse,..there is no way to blend the two cultures together, black and white,.they done nothing but brainwash and distort the youth,..and with that our future,.. ....i'm not responceable for anyone but myself in this world,..they have a attitude of white people owe them all,.. .....i say today,..at this moment in time there is a seriouse need to give seriouse thought of the mass deportation of all and any,.people of the black nation in this country,..i say this with all ernistness,..and i'm calling all americans to give this matter the utmost attention,. .....for the survival of the nation and the free world i beseach your thoughts,.. ......today is history

It is amazing that the majority of school districts that have 30% or greater population of black students also have the highest rates of violence, drop outs and teen pregnancies. That is no accident. These people have been living this way for hundreds of years. They have squandered the opportunites the American goverment has gave them over the years. Welfare and affirmative action has not made a bit of difference. They create their own mess and have no conrol over their own children. They will scream and yell and blame the "white man" once again but the truth of the matter is that the problem lies within.

Jails are full because of drugs and guns that are being made right here in this country or brought into this country by our government or the military. not all blacks committ crimes and not all black people that are in jail are guilty. you wanna make the world a better place. Stop dropping bombs and killing innocent woman and children all over the world. stop selling weapons of mass destruction to every country or continent in the world. the kids see this and they figure its ok. the jails are packed with all nations of people and if you were to go to the mid west you would also see the majority of whites in jail and not black. black americans do visit africa and they do see a big presence of white people their. promote love and not white supremacy!

I thought you guys brought in the illegal immigrants to get rid of that. black schools have a higher rate of violence? and so last week when the kid shot all those kids in school was not violent? c'mon how many times do we have to watch this happpen over and over again on the news. it shows that you too have a gun and drug problem in your communities as well.

Along these same lines, Bellport HS is one example why some integrated schools do not work. You have two VERY BIG extremes in terms of wealth. The families that live off of South Country Road are for the most part, law abiding, well respected, country club goers. Whereas you go north of Montauk Highway and you would think it was Compton (drive by there one day if you think I exaggerate). They should ship N- Bellport kids out to Billy Floyd with the rest of the trash or let them simply remove themselves voluntarily from the education system and keep our court systems flourishing. I am all for integration, but I AM NOT into integrating criminals.

The difference is that those incidents are isolated and rare. Go to Hempstead, Roosevelt, Uniondale, and your own Freeport to see brutal violence EVERYDAY. Go to Amityville, then Farmingdale right next door and see the difference. Go to Freeport and then RVC. Hemp to Garden City, Dix hills to Wyandanch. Its not funny anymore, its really bad, and its because you dont parent your children

Bellport HS is in the Village and in a great area. My nephew goes there I wish he didnt but he does. They should have told the parents way before friday. I hope they have police in that school for now on
