PTO tackles Patriots on levy

Amanda Tonjes and Patti Wigington say the Pickerington school district needs more money to stabilize its budget and preserve high-quality teachers and programs.

Maybe the teachers can hold a bake sale. The teachers never take cuts and want more and more and more.

The days when taxpayers can give more is over! Most of us can barely pay our mortgage as it is.

If you own property you pay more with these levys. If you are a renter you pay nothing. The only way to make this kind of property tax levy fair is make rents automaticly go up if it passes. More often then not property tax increases are not passed on to the renter, so only those who own property take the hit.
