Judge Lagasse is not fair in his courtroom preceedings. He considers evidence not provided to base his decisions and should not be in this position. Please remember this for election time.

Ummm, now this is an interesting accusation! Just for the sake of argument, I’m sure you can provide proof of this.....such as citing the case?? If not, you’re just another slanderer and you opinion will be taken accordingly!!

I happen to think that Judge Lagasse is one of our finer judges. He is very straight forward, direct with ill-mannered and disrespectful patrons, and makes very informed and sound judgments! LAGASSE FOR JUDGE....PERIOD!

I agree He is a idiot and he makes poor deciscions that allows people who knowingly accept stolen merchandise to be awarded instead of punished therefore making the crime in Hancock County worse. If you care about Hancock County please vote for anyone but him.

I hate when Judge Lagasse is on the bench because he always makes me paid a fine and will not listen to my excuses. From now on make sure you get Judge Carver as your judge because he never holds people accountable for their actions.

I am a graduate of St. Stanislaus were Judge Lagasse went to high school and also a property owner in Harrison County, but i am not a resident of MS. I received three tickets while hunting on public land in MS the day after Thanksgiving 2015 with my son and nephew. I was given the opportunity to present my case before him, which after consideration was the wrong move. I presented my case as well as could be expected with my limited courtroom knowledge, but i felt it went well and so did the lady bailiff. Judge Lagasse still imposed a larger than expected fine. The bottom line is its a good ole boys club and you won't get a fair deal. RB
