I feel bad for that young girl. I feel even worst for the mother. If she is to ever clean herself up (the mother) she will look back and not be able to forgive herself.

I pray that there is a program out there that can reach and nurture that young girl's spirit back to where it should be. We can't imagine the psychological effect of such a senseless crime(s). Your own mother, whom brought you into this world....Its sad, very sad. And for those men to go along with this obscene way of payment makes me sick to my stomach. I pray for their souls. Jesus saves.

There are no telling how many women who have prostituted themselves and/or their children to support their gambling addictions! I was really and truly saddened by newspaper accounts trumpeting the rebuilding of the casinos on the coast after Katrina, while most of the residents were fighting with the insurance companies to rebuild their shattered homes and lives! I moved away from Vicksburg, leaving one of the best jobs I ever had, because I could not stomach the idea of living in the same town with casinos!

what the hell does any of this have to do with casinos? The Casinos provide a lot of jobs as well as tax money to the state. This article is about Crack not casinos. There's a little bit of a difference...

Just trying to show the length people will go to to support ANY addiction! And surprises me that you come out in support of low paying Casino jobs, but not higher paying Toyota jobs! My nephew and his fiance tried working at casinos, he as a bartender, she as a waitress. They both had to give it up because of the piss poor wages paid to them! Now, do you know the difference. or are you on crack?

I know this lady and the young girl. I promise you there is no total reabilitation for the mother-she is too far gone and we as tax payers are going to have to pay for this disgrace to society and feed her and provide for her a place to sleep while she is in jail.. I do hope the little girl gets the care that she needs. I hear that the parents of the mother are trying to get custody of the little girl which I believe should not be. If the parents of the mother sat around and let things get to the extent that they did then they do not need custody eitther

I understand the need to blame someone for this. Blaming the parents of that parent? I think not.

That is like saying YOU should be the blame for this woman who prostituted her child to obtain drugs. You yourself said you knew the lady. What did you do to help prevent the child from abuse.

AMEN!! I taotally agree, the parents cant controll what there child does no matter the age, maybe they can controll it a bit more when there younger but when there an adult like her, you have to let them live there own life and whos to say they knew what was really goign on , i pray for this little girl and hope she can get the care she needs and if the grandparents will help her in her recovery then they should have her!!
