WHAT'S TO HAPPEN TO PEOPLE WHO HAVE NOT REBUILDED , DON'T HAVE THE MEANS TO REBUILD, OR THE DISABLE AND AGED? WHERE ARE WE TO GO? I FEEL IF YOU HAVE YOUR OWN LAND, WHY CAN'T THEY STAY? I LIVE IN LONG BEACH AND THERE ARE ONLY A FEW HERE. WHAT'S THE BIG DEAL? THEY'RE ALREADY BEEN CALLED MODULAR HOMES NOT MOBILE. WHERE CAN WE FIND OUT WHAT WE NEED TO DO TO GET THE CITY OF LONG BEACH TO LET THEM REMAIN IN THE CITY IF YOU OWN YOUR LAND?
