Lets see who is going to pay for the design flaw in the Marina…
The first group of boats in the harbor were tossed around like
the SS Minnow in there slips this Sunday. The wave action in
the harbor was amplified by the port holes in the walls. Just
like the design flaws in the fire hall, I'm sure the tax payer will
be the one to pay for the mistake.

It's Les' fault. If only he woulda listened to Joey, Lonnie, and Jeff. I hope everyone who voted for him last time remembers these failures next election. As for the flaw in the fire hall, you can't blame Les. That was Pam's fault. Anything fire related is her fault. As a matter of fact, she likely had something to do with the Harbor fiasco as well. When in doubt, blame Pam. You'd be right 90% of the time.

Lets start out and welcome the three stooges back. Now Listen to JOEY , LONNIE, and JEFF. Well first thing :LONNIE was not even on the council when all the plans were voted on. Jeff oh yes lets listen to the POOLMAN, ya know I listened to him once and bought this high priced pool , Got it installed and three months later there is a crack, he told me it was the manufactures responsibility. So I contacted them they came out AND TOLD ME INSTALLED POORLY. Couldn't even get
JEFF to return my calls. My friend who also got a pool told me hers popped up after a year.
well low and behold three months mine pops up. Yeah I want to listen to him again.
Besides I heard he doesn't say much anymore the lady's club is on him. And Joey , he raised a stink because of no boat ramp,(and I agree with him) but in the long run like he always does he voted for it. So when did Les Become a Harbor designer, I think that was done by a company authorized by the city council. The tidal waves that struck the harbor really now, You might want to get down on your knees and ask the big man upstairs to keep the wind down while you are sleeping. If you have ever bought a house you would know there is such a thing called a punch list were all the problems are looked at and fixed, So lets see what else understand I don't disagree with you on some of the things you bring up over the past years but I really don't think Les is responsible for the sturgeon holes in the walls, you might call the state on those. OH YES PLEASE someone tell me who is the (well you know What) that made duane Cauhlin the assistant harbor master. I thought we wanted people to return and have fun. That is a powder cage waiting to go off. I bet you dinardo was tickled pink with that all the way down to his socks, if ya know what I mean.
let us hope this whole harbor works out and brings the city millions. Ok lets just hope it stays above water. Stay dry and get some sea sickness pills it is going to be a long year.

What an idiot you are. The fire department building was Allison Anderson's stupidity. Chief San Fillippo was not the chief when all than was planned and okayed, you dolt. She complained about the bathrooms and the pole and the weight room and the lack of storage, to no avail. To claim that she had ANYTHING to do with the Harbor is just STUPID. Stop drinking the Kool-Aid that Boudin, falgout and favre are trying to serve the citizens. They have their own agenda and it is seriously flawed. God help BSL with people in charge like that.
At least Les loves the city he is trying to serve.

I just want to express my views on the festival I attended in Bay St Louis this weekend. My children and I were invited to stay on our friends boat for the weekend. What a wonderful experience to attend two days of fun in the harbor, good music , great restaurants and thousands of people all having a great time and getting along. This was indeed a great weekend and I told my friend we would be back for every festival there was. That was until Saturday evening when a group of very rude people who were docked about three boats away began playing this very loud and disgusting music. It was so loud you couldn't even hear the band that was playing The police were called and told them twice to turn the music, I was really suprized when I was informed the owner of the boat and the man responsible was one of the city's council persons. If they could act that way to the public and have no respect for anyone I informed my friend this would be the last concert here I would be coming to. My friend assured me she would address the matter with the rest of the council. I advised her I was going to take this to the paper, and tourism folks. She convinced me to wait to see what she could accomplish. All I can say is the name of the boat was perfect trash fish or fishing. This is definitely a black eye on this beautiful city.

The man's line of work....trash and human waste...is exactly what he is. When I first heard that the ONLY incident to occur at Bay Harbor Fest the entire weekend was caused by Ward 5 Councilman Joey Boudin and his entourage I felt sick. To think that this man represents part of this city. Again, just another reason why he and the rest of those who feel they get nothing from the rest of the city, should as to be de-annexed and return to the underside of the rock or the port-o-let they crawled out from. They do not deserve to be part of this community. And he should definitely not be a member of the city council. Sad day when this is your elected officials. True laughingstock for everyone to see.
