I wish that students were told more information about what was going on. In my class some kids were scared to the point of tears. Although we were lucky that everyone escaped unscathed, by the way the situation was handled, people could of gotten hurt.

I think that schools should be allot more safe for kids to be able to go to. This would never happen in a private or Catholic school because of the security in thoes schools. I happen to go to one and the teachers said that... when is the last time you heard of amunition or a gun or even a lockdown in one!! Public schools need better security, but i am not saying they are bad schools to go to!!

i go to this school and i was in this lockdown. personally the schol doesnt need that much security. no one got hurt and everything was taken care of. the only thing that should have been done differently was thatt eh student had the right to know why we were stuck in classroom without food and water for that long.
