Tracie and her Mother purchased a large amount of Antiques & Primitives from me and wrote a bad check to purchase the items! Beware of these two!!

Tracie owes me $500 for FVcking her & knocking her up, she had my kid and bailed without paying me what we agreed upon. She couldt get a man and wanted another kid, she paid me to oblige her and promised to pay me as soon as she ripped off some "suckers" as she called them.It wasnt even good sex either, yuuuck, I was in a bad way with some worse people and this dumb broad used me!

I have had Tracie do my taxes now for 10 years. Never have I had a problem with this company. There was a ruff period from October 2010 to 2012 when she almost died but in the hospital she was doing her clients returns. That is true dedication.
I recommend her to anyone that needs a excellent job done.

Tracie has the worst employees you could find very sad. Tracie is NEVER in her office and is hard to get ahold of her. If you want your taxes done in a fast pace you need to go elsewhere.

I try to get to everyone as quickly as I can and I give 100% to all my clients. It is a bit longer when I am with Spanish customers as I do not speak Spanish. As for my staff, I apologize that I haven't found the perfect fit yet but I am trying. Mom and I just couldn't do it alone any longer so we had to get help. If you would have called me,(all my clients have my personal cell phone number) I would of made sure to take care of your needs. My guarantee is, if you wait longer than 30 minutes (providing you have an appointment), I take your hourly wage off of your prep fee for every hour you wait. How many business's pay there customers by the hour if they have to wait? No one that I know of. I do this because I hate to wait when I have taken the time to call and make a appointment. I do my best for all of my clients and I find every legal deduction or credit I can for you so that you don't pay a penny more or lose a penny to the IRS.

Also your the only tax preparer I know that charges crazy rates plus you don't inform your customers how much there fee is until your done with there taxes shouldn't that be disclosed up front?? You are really pathetic it's ashame that your customers don't know your riping then off

Amazing customer service and most money back possible everytime I've been going to Tracie since 09 and there isn't a better place in Washington to go. Great staff and cute to! Lol

There are awhile lot of others places in Washington I could think of and Tracie isn't on that list NOWHERE

Tracie is almost never in her office. When she is she seems spacey or not functional like she is on drugs. She did my taxes up until last year. I had an audit last year and she could not even function.
She slurred her words, looked spacey, it was bad! I am still not done with my audit. I will never go there again. I recommend no one ever go there. Go somewhere who is professional and not on something! Anonymous unhappy client.

ARE you kidding me, I am sure she posted this post her self. She has been dying for years. Just ask anyone of her clients. She tells you over and over again every year. That is what she does for an excuse for doing a bad job. She use to use that excuse on me until I quit having her do my taxes two years ago. Go some where else. Believe me.

This is funny. You first have to show up to said appointments before you can pay your customers to wait! This place is a mess! The customers do not matter.
