Strange story. Only a person involved with extreme animal rights would even care. Kind of like going crazey when they thought Glenn Beck cooked a real little froggy...lol

I try to look at it like this - if they're reporting this, nothing worse happened locally - they needed a "filler" story. Besides, it gave the author the opportunity to use the word "bling" in a semi-serious context - what pop-literary fan could not appreciate that?

Beats hearing about a murder or two a day, or other heinous stuff we usually hear of.

Of course, if they paid as much attention to Juarez as El Paso, I am sure this story would never have been printed.

why yes? are you new to the fine lc sun news? Since there is absolutely nothing in lc they typically fill their pages with ridiculous items from mayberry etc...

stick around for a bit and you might get to catch an amazing restaurant review written by their star reporter (in between his "dungeons and dragons" games and harry potter movies.)

I guess the word 'bling' now passes the AP Stylebook usage guide.

We're doomed.

Who wrote this article? Or better yet, who allowed this to be published? It is rather sophomoric to use words like "bling" in any type of article. But what else would I expect from our dear Sun News?

This was the AP who in turn control the rest the the little guys. Just another Jerry Springer episode in America. Where is my mandatory healthcare?

There's all kind of sick o's in this world. Guess it's better to seek revenge by eating their pet goldfish than to harm or kill thier children.

Daily Horoscope for December 25

Aries

You've got a taste for adventure today, so you might decide to depart from tradition in some way and make it an unusual Christmas. You're certainly all set for a great time, and you'll want everyone else to enjoy themselves as much as possible. You'll probably eat and drink too much but, hey, it's Christmas! Isn't such excess par for the course?
