Is this the same Akzo that blew up 5 or 6 years ago. Guess they didn't learn the first go around. News report said a contractor was injured, what would you expect, most of these companies hire contractors and sub contractors to avoid paying state workers comp and all the other benefits. It's all a sham.

I'm not sure what you think you know about the business. However, you seem to think that the company is saving money or not paying taxes, by hiring contractors. Guess who pays the contractors' employees and the taxes that go along with them? To top it off, the contractor still hopes to profit from the job.

and this makes you "think" that corporatiions are not saving money by outsourcing jobs to contractors???
