Former C.O. at CYA here...

Memo to Buchanan and all others...these wards/inmates lie sometimes!

You listened to a ward tell you he saw the victim flush the phone down the toilet? You deserve the full 6 years!

I hope somebody does the same to her when she is locked up and see how she likes it.

Only 6 years? I would suggest keeping her in jail until she makes enough license plates to pay off the settlement with that kid's family (which, I hope, will be in the six digits). Or until she dies there, which is not a bad outcome for the society.

Reason for suing all govt and federal agencies, because they lack the skills to hire those who have common sense. As for the boy he may or may not have been in thier for a crime but left alone without any parents to take care of him. Wow he is now a ward of the state and will be a criminal before he is even 18 or release. As for the C.O. well lets hope she get what she deserves oh wait she will because every convict hate a child abuser GOD loves to give what is put out (Female inmate who hate child abuser who will give their own justice).

In that type of workplace environment, sometimes they forget what side of the bars they are on.

All she had to do was call her cell phone with another employee's cell phone.
She should have made it worth the 6 years she got and gone into his room herself and beat his a55 senseless.
I say about 90% of those kids deserve a good ass beating ...thats why they are all in there in the first place. A bunch of mama kids that were never set striaght to begin with.

She is like most gaurds she hates most of the brother was killed by gaurds..they said he fell out of bed and died of natural causes (42) he was diabetic and they were not giving him any medication so the coroner said it was complications of diabetes and could not explain all the bruises on his body or the broken nose or the scrapped up knees and back or the boot heel marks on his hands and arms (I have pictures)! no lawyer I contacted would take the case, they said "who does a jury believe a prison gaurd or a convicted felon" we are always searching for someone that will take the case since there is no time limit on murder.
