Is LDT really from So Pas? He must be from West Covina which would explain why he hates his city.

Why hate a decent town that doesn't want a fwy. running through it, why not tunnel underground?

Do they support the tunnel or not? This sounds like more double talk. Even though a majority of South Pasadena residents now apparently support this tunnel alternative, a small vocal minority continue to try ot hold the City hostage to fear and manipulation over the issue.

State Sen. Gil Cedillo needs to hold his bill until the tunnel study is fully complete and the project is really doable. Otherwise south pasadena will have a bill on the books preventing an above ground freeway and no other options. No wonder they support the Cedillo bill. Great for south pas but very bad for the rest of us.

No freeway, no tunnel, no way. Suck it up Alhambra, you're a ghetto anyway.
Thank you for your efforts South Pasadena. Lots of us appreciate it more than you know.

It's so comforting to see the sociopathic racist element spouting off on this issue, too?

I'd love to have I-710 completed one way or the other. But why wastes more money when SP would only asks for more? Why would anyone assume SP would drop lawsuits after more than 40 years? They live for this. Let that city suffer financially... those live there, who claim to love that city so much... let them stuck in traffic. We will always have detours.

Just goes to show how money controls politics! So Pas has stopped the remaining 4.5 mile segment of the 710 for 'forever'. Must be nice to be able to have so much control over project that will benefit so many people!
Shame on you Soth Pasadena!!! You should be ashamed..

If the state legislature had the political courage they could just do this regardless of what the citizenry of any city wanted. What they want is for South Pasadena residents to suddenly love the idea. That's just not going to happen. The state should either give up on this entirely or just do it. Frankly, I don't really care either way, but I am tired of reading about this all the time.

This worthless little sh-it city with a lot of money is at it again. They have screwed up the Southern California freeway system for decades. They are not the only city around that has a freeway go through it.
