12). Misty Gwinner………..Sunday April 3rd, 2005 from truck stop Florence KY, her body found in Lexington KY, she had no connections to Lexington KY. Florence KY and Fairfield OH are in the same general vicinity of Cincinnati OH.
In all of the 12 cases of the missing blonde haired petite females, seen above, no homes or apartments have been broken into, none of the women’s boyfriends or husbands or fathers or brothers are a suspect in their disappearance.
All of the 12 missing blonde haired petite women were abducted outside of their homes or apartments, from open areas on streets or roads or carports. From April 2011 there has been an abduction every other month up to the end of October 2011, then the abductions start again in March and April 2012, there were 5 abductions in the month of April since 2005, this is a pattern.
I think that all of us need to keep a lookout for all truck driver in the region. Not saying all truck driver, but the ones that is dangerous. Not saying that a truck driver took Holly, but it wouldn't hurt if we stayed alerted where we live...
When I read this it occurred to me that right before Holly’s abduction there was a coon hunt. Have you considered that it might be a vendor? Has anyone checked to see what events occurred in these towns around the times these women went missing? There are a lot of Spring events in March and April and sometimes vendors hit the road and travel from one event to another for the entire season which would make them very hard to track but not impossible. Some show up a week prior to the event and may stay after. These people would go unnoticed because of the event. They have a reason to be in the area.

Were their vendors at the Coon hunt? Food vendors, hunting gear vendors, Camo clothing vendors?

It’s just an idea. I don’t have time to follow up on it right now but I will be free after the Derby if anyone is interested in checking.

The reason I was thinking this is because if you take off Carmen Purpura and Misty Gwinner who were abducted from truck stops and look at the dates they are all Spring /Fall. I wonder if Holly attended any Events prior to the Coon hunt?

If Hollys abduction is related to other kidnappings,is the perp a local? What stands out to me about 4/13 is the scream. Holly screamed loud enough at least once for a neighbor to hear her. There are a few homes besides this neighbors home next to each other. If anyone else was outside at the time they could have heard the scream as well. The perp then spends 20+ minutes with Holly at the home. Where were they at for this period of time? The blood was found by her car in the carport/garage.Clint said he saw them kneeling, this would have been a few minutes later. Did a sexual assault take place by her car or in her car and then more time passes before they leave? My point is perp knew Holly screamed and someone may have heard it but it didnt cause him to rush her away. Who would feel that comfortable at the house for this length of time? If this is a serial kidnapper LEs actions dont make sense. No warning to locals about other possible abductions was ever issued. That is what makes this look like a personal issue with someone and not random.

'Gil Harrington's Thoughts from April 30, 2012'

Dear Morgan,

Scrap lumber, that’s what it really is, a pine board about 7 feet tall and 2 inches wide with a hole drilled in the top. Your grandfather made it. Actually he made two of them, one for each of you kids right after you were born – your special “grow sticks.” Poppy made the grow sticks so that the sprint of time couldn’t erase the dramatic changes that babies undergo to become adults.

Rather than inscribe a door frame with ascending hatch marks to note your increasing height, you always had your grow stick hanging in the bedroom to record that progression. All three bedrooms:

The first in Charlottesville that you shared with Alex when we brought you home from the hospital. Your second bedroom was here in Roanoke – a small room, but big enough for your crib and the room you insisted on because it was next to Allie. You took possession of your third, and last bedroom, as a middleschooler when you moved across the hall to a more spacious room that would better accommodate sleepovers and loud music. Your grow stick was installed next to the closet and you kept growing and recording the miraculous transformations life brings.

It is infinitely precious for me to translate the scratchy marks you made on that board next to the closet. Naturally the top mark is Dan, tall papa, rock of our family. I remember each and every notation on the wood. How excited you were when you were “officially” taller than me - 3/01. You were 12. As a little girl you were amazed to see the mark that showed “ how big I was when I got borned.” 7/24/89 you were 19 ˝ inches long. The lowest marks near the ground are really hilarious, where you kept the pet record.

I smile to see that our kitten Zeb was 7 inches tall on 9/92. I recall the difficulty your 3 year old self had taking that measurement. Though it was not nearly as hard as making your parakeet Opal sit still long enough to be recorded on 4/99.
For the record Morgan, you have shrunk to a dimension of 10x10x4. The size of the cigar box where you now reside...

Memories permeate the marks you inscribed in the wood grain of your grow stick. Contemplating it is bittersweet but the sadness is tolerable because we had much fun with the silliness of the task.

What is still excruciating beyond bearing is the flip side of the board. That’s where you planned to chart the growth of your own children, your anticipated family. Those beloveds who will never exist were also stolen from us. The unmarked and forever empty expanse of wood on the flip side is invisibly inscribed with pain, a virtual Rosetta Stone of loss.

In the midst of agony Morgan, your family chooses strength. We choose survival. We choose love. We continue to choose, insist upon, and embrace growth.
Always, 241, Mama

Some of these women disappearred from their homes without any signs of struggle.the perv could have been dressed as a police officer showed a badge and asked them to come outside because their car was hit by a hit and run driver or that he wants a statement because some one was trying to break in to their house through a window.this could explain why their purses were left in the house.Karen swift had a flat tire how do we know that someone dressed like an officer stopped to help her I think some of these disappearances could be done by someone these women felt they could trust.

Kelli Bordeaux went missing on April 14th 2012 from Fayetville NC. Kelli Bordeaux, 23, was last seen early Saturday morning, leaving Froggy Bottoms bar 6326 Ramsey Street Fayetteville, N.C. The private first class, who is stationed at nearby Fort Bragg, was reported missing on Monday by base officials, police said. The Froggy Bottoms bar at 6326 Ramsey Street Fayetteville, N.C. is right next to the on-ramp entrance to Interstate I-295 which feeds directly onto I-95, see map CLICK HERE.
INTERSTATE TRUCK DRIVER MERLE DEAN SHAMBLIN ARRESTED ON CHILD PORN CHARGES HE HAD IMAGES OF PETITE YOUNG FEMALES ON HIS COMPUTER. Florida truck driver, Merle Shamblin, would have been in the Fayetteville, N.C. area around the time Kelli Bordeaux went missing on April 14th, he shows up at the Port of Alexandria Bay NY on April 19th from Bunnell FL (near Daytona Beach). Are cops questioning interstate truck driver Merle Shamblin about Kelli Bordeaux?
Merle Dean Shamblin, DOB 12/08/1960, he is 6′ 1″ tall and 250 lbs, there is a second mugahot photo where he appears younger, there must be priors in other States. Merle Dean Shemblin, 51, is linked to other address’s in Springfield MO, Duncan OK, Nevada OK and Oklahoma City OK, he was using an email address of merle73533@lycos.com on gay websites. It appears that Merle Shamblin likes young pettite females and males. Kelli Bordeaux has long blonde hair, she is 5′ 0″ tall and weighs 99 lbs, she is 23 years old.
A very interesting lead for sure - Britanee Drexel went missing from around there as well

Whether he ate, slept, or a sighting of an 18 wheeler truck around there anywhere. If there was a truck parked on the interstate at that time that Holly came up missing. If someone can remember anything about a stranger in town the day before. I think there has got to be a clue somewhere to jog someones memory.
Totally agree - he could have parked near the interstate and had the tweakers bring her to him. I remember a local posting that they had seen LE searching near the I40 around that time I think or maybe was later in the summer

LW, we have discussed the Coon Hunt possibility many times in the past, as you are aware..I think it is a great idea to look for a parallel to other missing/murdered cases.

The DC, TN coon hunt was in progress during the recent anniversary vigil for Holly Bobo. Their is a coon hunt circuit which encompasses many states.

If a local was involved, due to it being turkey season, coupled with the coon hunt at the fairgrounds the previous weekend, many out of towners & out of staters in Parsons. The perp may have thought that attention would have been diverted away from them...

A catch22, huh?

This has broken my heart this morning as i read. As my youngest finishes their senior year and my oldest with grandchildren I find myself growing an unreasonable fear of something going to happen all the time. I tell them everytime they go out the door if something happens to yell kick fight with all they got. This may sound terrible to some but i would rather be called to their death scene as to think i would never know what happen or if they were taken and tortured for days. I dont think i could mentally take it.

Ive been told she lives close to Hollys home and that a strange man in full camo came into her garage the week before Holly came up missing. She didnt open the door because she was afraid. His excuse for being there was he thought there were trees that needed to be cut down. She told him there were no trees to be cut and to leave through the door and then he left. I was told that she told TBI this info also, i just want to know if she has a description of that guy. I think If everyone knew about that it may refresh someone elses memory on something, maybe he showed up in someone elses garage too but maybe noone thought as much of it and Daniel Piercys daughter.

Whoever did this, thought it out and planned it thoroughly, so really, it's not that far fetched, considering...

To the person/s who are so liberally sprinkling us with their judgments of the dim bulb, spam and peanuts:

What do you have to contribute? At least some of us are trying.

Or do you know something you want to tell? Are we getting warm? cold? hot? Let us know when we get close to the truth!

Since there are more than one of you...who had their feeling hurt recently? Could it be you?

Anyway, unless you have any ideas, can contribute something to helping find Holly, then why are you placing judgment on those that are at least trying to make some sense out of this horrible situation?

...and of course, if you did it, why don't you man up, come forward and set the record straight?
