I agree, of course, with freedom of speech. I do not, however, agree that freedom of speech entails free license to do and say whatever you please...that is why we have slander, libel and defamation laws. The freedom of speech does not give one permission to hinder an ongoing investigation. The freedom of speech does not give on the right to lie and say a person confessed to him. The freedom of speech does not entail illegal activity such as posing as/impersonating another person. Yes, we have 1st amendment rights but as with anything, there are limitations. That said, I'm quite certain that before his house was raided and when/should there be an arrest, LE is well aware of his contitutional rights, as is the judge who approved the warrant. I realize some here have a very low opinion of LE and I agree, some are dirty...not all and not most. I can see why your experience would make you feel that way, but again, you shouldn't judge all based on those actions, IMO. They have to answer to higher-ups, they have to prove the raid was justified and I'm certain they have done that prior to gaining cooperation from the Ohio Bureau of Criminal Investigations..it's called that for a reason :)
I couldn't have said it better. That's why I say Tony's or anyone freedom of speech is limited when it gets to my nose. He had no right to do the things he did. I dare say that Tony thought about anyone else's constitutional rights when he was running off at the mouth about everyone in Parsons.

Why didnt they issue a cease and desist order against him then they could have arrested him if he didnt stop?
they were very aware of him
How do you know they didn't? How do you know the search was not because he didn't abide by a Cease and Desist order? Remember him posting on his FB page that he got a "threat" from another state's attorney or something to that effect?

Ohio42 must have had to work the night shift tonight, after Anon/anon wore out her welcome with random precision last night.

Hence the change of spelling way back from Anon to anon over time. Actually that might have happened on the KS thread.

The spamming MO seems the same though.

Good luck with your complaint with the ACLU lol
What happened to the defense attorney he stated on the news he retained? Nice of you to make an attempt with the ACLU for him, but with his winning his lawsuit against Google and 3 homes including a mansion in Oregeon with, as he said "the best of everything", I'd certainly think he could afford a top notch attorney. JFTR, his attorney should be contacting the ACLU.
I need to get out and buy a new pair of hip waders soon...these are getting worn out and it's getting deeper.
Now that would be fun to watch. This is funny. Yes, he was getting $1100.00 a month according to the video he put out about Google and the fake lawsuit. Google was sent that video. LOL! Don't forget about his major record label in East Liverpool, Ohio and the 25 acres of land he bought there to move it and make it more luxurious and state of the art. Yep. The best of everything, therefore he needs to pony up and get his atty working for him. LOL

Tony Calabrese said LE got physical with him? One thing for sure, I wouldn't believe anything Tony Calabrese said. If he said the sky was blue, I would say it's yellow. He wouldn't know the truth if it slapped him in the face. He's a pathological liar.

How can someone like Britt be allowed to walk the streets? I don't think its LE that is at fault. I think its some of our laws and the judicial system. LE can only enforce laws, not make them as they go.

So Clint was asleep in the bathtub and dreamed he heard a dog barking so he woke up and looked outside just in time to see Roy Kronk's silhouette standing over a frozen turkey bought from food giant and dressed in camo.(Roy, not the turkey). Clint got in touch with the neighbors and asked if they heard a scream. The neighbors are worried Clint has lost it so they call Karen at school and the secretary pages Karen, who runs from the cafeteria to library and upon talking to neighbor, she trips over the phone cord and falls to the floor. Her coworker, sensing panic, drags...I mean led..I mean walked simultaneously beside Karen to the car and drove her 20 miles in 7 minutes. Karen leaves her cell phone with her students so they can reach her about their lessons or call in a substitute. They drive up to see Clint talking on a gun and holding a cell phone wearing a towel and a pair of New Balance (in case he must run). Clint hears a car and looks up to see 200 people in the yard and notices Natalie has again dyed her hair. The sheriff shows up with gravy still on his chin, crying. A broke man from Ohio hears the tragic news and orders some girl to stop clucking and dismisses her without pay. A neighbor calls the home to ask Karen what her favorite scripture is and ironically she had already backordered shirts just in case because she had a tip from a psychic just the night before. On Easter Sunday, they hear good news that the case might be solved around the first of the year.

Cool story, bro. What's up?
You didn't even mention Holly.
She was there, you know.
She was escorting the meter man around the yard when he stopped by to get a reading. He was quite flustered when she paused every few steps to say,..."and here's where I took a pic of myself on Tuesday, and over there I took a pic in my blue shirt on Monday, and right here by this bush, I took a pic of myself on Sunday, actually, I took two. I took a pic of myself by the carportarage on Sunday afternoon.
On Saturday, I took a pic of myself over by the fence, and on Friday, I wore my favorite teal eyeshadow, so I took a pic of myself by the road"...and do you know before that man knew what was happening, they were two counties over.
Drew shows up and asks what the heck Clint means accusing him of being a meter reader, and punches him square in the nose causing a small two droplets of blood from each nostril to hit the macadam at such force that the spatter was found in the grass of the neighbors yard.
That's the way I heard it.
Your attempt at humor is so pathetic, dude..and not just because I dislike you. Don't quit doing hair...I hope you don't try to entertain clients with your humor. You try so hard and it just doesn't work for ya..probably because of that stick up your arse.

Rest assured WS if Tony got heated while they were searching, it was about more than tips he got about Holly, and others he posted about that had him heated and scared. He's one worried puppy. I would be too if I were him.
I bet he had to wash the racing stripes out of his drawers! How eembarrassed the pipsqueak must have been in front of Michele...poor woman, wait till she hears all of it.

Ws, in which article did TBI deny one of their special agents searching TC's residence? Link?
They didn't directly state it...the newscaster said in a call to the TBI, the TBI said they don't have an agent named Bret Booth. 1) The newscaster could have gotten it screwed up, because that was the one and only time I ever heard it, 2) They don't have an agent named Bret Booth, 3) They are under no obligation to release to the public names of agents involved in raids/busts.
