Just as a matter of understanding, please make me understand any past incident that is connected to the bobo family. I am aware of the things y'all speak, but looking over the timespan, I do not see how things are that much uncommon. The incident of the girl disapearing and some of the other cases may cross a genetic tree on occasion, but we all are related if you dig far enough. This is a family community. That is how all small rural areas are. If holly had not disappeared, no one would be pointing us put as having too much crime. Meth is a problem in the entire state of tenneessee. Not just here.
I am not being smart when I ask for this connection... Cover-up or common denominators. Maybe it is something that needs to be looked at. But tell it, don't hint, send cryptic codes, initials... If it's fact, what is your reasoning?

To angelynne, as your title states "single moms rock." With that I'm figuring that you yourself are a single mom. As in the case with the Bobo's and Ms. Holly. A situation has come that has snuffed their light from them. To me, as a parent, it just doesn't get any more personal than that. At this point of trauma, the parents want the "best" to work with the situation. UNTIL the upper crusts arrived, this "crime scene" WAS under the direction of the county. I wasn't there - fact. Many others were - fact (according to the papers, media, & the many bloggers.) This outpouring from the locals within that community was quite impressive, BUT....it was a crime scene and the county didn't secure or protect potential evidence. This is a definite -dropped ball! I'm not "smearing" the name of the sheriff. I'm not slandering the sheriff as you implied. Look up the definition. You have to understand the word - FACTS. With evidence NOW covered, ruined, stomped around, the vanishing of their light, Holly, is now at risk. I have been in Dec. Cty for 5 miserable years dealing with pain from grandparents, parents, siblings, and children of missing people there that NO ONE seems to care about except Holly. I wish I could blink my eyes and have her back in her family's arms. Without those 1st critical minutes to simply "secure the crime scene" could mean life or death. But these others that have died mysterious death had loved ones too. All this didn't start with this administration, it's just where it's at right now. As I have already stated (I think) in #16, yes there are others - many of them. They matter too. Don't wait until that horse bite you in ??? Help answer questions. We are either part of a problem or part of a solution. No more should disappear without answers!

Kristy Moon was 26 when she disappeared from Decatur county and I never heard of evidence she was ever located deceased or alive. Michael Pearcy was said to be dating her at the time and he was shot and killed by local LE in city limits of Parsons. It was long ago but I do believe the story was that Pearcy had a weapon. Idk.

I have been watching this thread since Holly was abducted by a person or persons. This was planned. She was taken on a day like no other day. In the middle of the week in fact. A man in camo like any other native there, a get away vehicle (atv), and even ducted tape. The surrounding area abundant with clues. Family members distraught and treated as if they are the guilty party. We have to trust the TBI and local authorities to continue there ability to find Holly and above all else her abductor or abductors. I like many want new information but I will not give names and facebook links of suspected people. We should not trash people without evidence or without some truth given by officals. We have to keep our faith and hope alive for Holly's safe return.

These are the reasons why no one wants to report things that may or may not be relevant to cases. If you give them info and it turns out to be a lead of some sort, instead of a hero, depending on who you are, you might be called suspect instead. Some of it being they want to close the case and if there is so little evidence, ppl are afraid to speak up because then they could be trying to help but afraid their leads are so vague it could put them in a bad position of interest. I have heard lots if ppl say this. About small towns in general.

You need to read articles posted on other thread.I believed like you, let TBI do their job but no longer.Corruption is rampant, never again will I trust TbI or any others in LE.I wouldn't trust them to find my dog, much less my precious daughter! Prayers to the family.

agree. lots of info in her article, all related to what you have been posting.
there is a smarmy background to this area, and the local LE, and even some in the TBI may have suppressed information to protect their agency.
this article was posted by niki in another thread:
http://www.thepostemail.com/2011/02/27/tennes...

i criticised niki yesteday for her posting decorum, but today she offered these two articles (without the b*tchatude thank you) which speak volumes on the LE.

Understood, The thing that angers me about this particular thread...and yes maybe I need to find another...is the pointing of fingers at the Sheriff's Department. I thought this was a thread to see what the law was finding.... discussing the case... in hopes someone could see a pattern no one else saw.
Instead I see people calling the sheriff "Rodeo Roy", Talking about a girl who got ate by pigs and referred to as "People in them communities". Here are the points I only want to make.
1. I know all the families very well involved in this. The ones questioned (that I know of) and Holly's family.
2. I know of all the stories that are being told. And I personally do not know Roy Wyatt. But I was close to the cases the blogger was referring to... the murders and suicides. I will not for a second say I feel everything that is told on the sheriff is a lie. I don't know, but I do know everyone is innocent until proven guilty. Many times people who have a grudge against a sheriff, for even maybe a good reason...Will take something like this to bring light to something that happened in the past that they have no found closure for. All I'm saying...dont sour people's idea of this case by telling gossip. The thing that is needed now is to find Holly.
3. Truth is... nothing that has been said about this community is n more than has been said in any other, Since we are small..when something happens... we panic and everyone hears it.
We do have a drug problem here...Meth is rampant. But it is everywhere, Go pull your county police records. That just shows me druggies are getting busted Right? Then Sheriff Wyatt must be doing something...right?
We did have a few years in the distant past when we were crime free for four years! Then our Sheriff lost his job because he took payoffs. And he was convicted. He paid for his crime. Get where I'm going.
The deal about the Moon girl. I am very, very close to this family too. We all know each other here, that is a good thing for the most part. And I am sure they are feeling a little hurt right now because they did not get the attention that Holly got when she disappeared. There were many issues in that case.. some doing with people she was connected to that was into some bad things. The story of feeding her to the pigs? That was rumor. Not proven true. And since it was not fact...I think to bring that up to make the sheriff look bad is a very low blow. At this point and time. Wait until Holly is found. Then yell.
And finally. Why are yall even yelling conspiracy? If you have proof something like this has happened...tell the TBI. They wont cover for our Sheriff.
I was only wanting to make sure the comments were to help the case. If I am missing the point where you need to put down our community, out police and our ways... tell me. I thought this was a site for Holly updates. Show your proof, If I'm wrong....not your stories.
And before everyone jumps back on me....you know who I am speaking of.... a couple of you take your investigation a bit to far to make yourselves look smart. Please...wait until she is found to tear our community up. We are all working night and day to bring Holly home.

I do not believe I have insulted you or your community in any way. If I have said something you took offense to then I sincerely apologize.

I must bring up a point about your post; we don't know that she will be found. Personally, I'd rather be pro-active and re-active. I for one have been glued to this case from day one. Literally. With possibly one or two exceptions, everyone here has been trying to find Holly. However, you sound as though you'd rather all of us hush. If the problems in your area are ever going to be solved, digging through the dirt "must" be a part of it. Some will probably be hurt and others may find closure. Still, the main point is trying to find Holly.

When you speak about "connection", do you mean being related to someone or do you mean "hanging out with people or doing things that other people do?

Larry Wallace TBI...TENNESSEE UNDERWORLD Top police agency loses 24 kilos of cocaine Guard broke into new facility's 'theft-proof' evidence vault with coat hanger Posted: January 11, 20011:00 am Eastern By Charles C. Thompson II and Tony Hays 2011 WorldNetDaily.com A security guard at the new, ultra-modern Tennessee Bureau of Investigation headquarters used a wire coat hanger to steal 22 kilos of cocaine seized by the Tennessee Highway Patrol as evidence in a Dickson County, Tenn., narcotics case, according to high-ranking Tennessee Bureau of Investigation officials. And fighting for his political life, TBI Director Larry Wallace, a longtime political ally of Vice President Al Gore, is pulling out all stops to keep the details of the incident out of the press. Those same TBI officials, speaking on condition of anonymity, say Wallace, whose ongoing problems with securing evidence were detailed in earlier WND reports, has been calling in favors from all over Tennessee to keep the story from going public. Tennessee Bureau of Investigation officials were unaware that the cocaine was missing until a Tennessee Highway Patrol officer arrived last week to pick up the evidence for trial. The TBI couldn't find the cocaine or any record showing its disposition. In an effort to track down the missing evidence, Wallace sent his agents out to sheriffs' offices in the region asking whether TBI had loaned it to them for a sting operation. A law enforcement tip to reporter Scott Couch of WTVF-TV in Nashville led to a brief report of the theft on Jan. 6. WSMV-TV in Nashville ran a more detailed account on Jan. 9, based on a statement from Tennessee Bureau of Investigation spokesman Mark Gwyn. But the TBI statement left out the method the guard used to gain entry to the evidence area, the actual amount of cocaine missing, the amount of cash seized, and the fact that the cocaine was evidence in a pending narcotics case. Confidential sources within TBI headquarters have provided WND with further details of the incident. Arrested in the case was 27-year-old Jody Mark Tolar, an employee of a security firm subcontracted by Meridian Management of Florida. Meridian has a five-year contract with the state of Tennessee to provide security, custodial, maintenance and grounds care for TBI headquarters. Both Tennessee General Services Deputy Commissioner Ed Jones and Meridian Management refused to name the security firm, although Jones confirmed that the state had approved Meridian subcontracting the security for the building. However, the state does not have a copy of the contract between Meridian and the subcontractor, U.S. Security.
Wallace, the TBI's director since 1992, had lobbied the state legislature for the new facility for several years. Chief among his arguments for the $20.5 million appropriation was the inadequacy of evidence storage at their former location. Evidence had been stored in an old cafeteria, and TBI officials admitted to Commission on the Accreditation of Law Enforcement Agencies program officer Steve Mitchell that they illegally removed evidence from unsecured locations in order to pass the commission's inspections. Ignoring those admissions to Mitchell, CALEA renewed the TBI's accreditation last August, about the same time that the new headquarters was opened. At that ceremony, on Aug. 31, 2000, Wallace called the building "the flagship of the criminal justice system in Tennessee." Despite those boasts, Tolar used a wire coat hanger to penetrate the allegedly "theft-proof" evidence vault. The guard allegedly gained entry through double-glass doors equipped with push-bars. The coat hanger was slipped between the doors and then hooked around the bar.
