Morris County, NJ, police chiefs approve of changes in stun gun policy
More police officers are likely to have and use stun guns now that Attorney General Paula Dow has revised the state's policy on the weapons that emit an electrical charge that temporarily disables a person by causing involuntary muscle contractions.
