This dirt bag needs to be done away with before he is released, abducts another kid, and murders him/her. He should never see the light of freedom again. He will reoffend if let out.

I'm glad they caught him! Now castrate him, and send him back to mexico so he can live in a society that tolerates behavior as his! We don't need this shit in the US

America is being liquidated intentionally by Bush and other New World Order advocates. We gave up a lot when we gave up Jesus Christ as our Lord.

This is appalling. Crimminal illegals committing crimes on Americans citizens and our government still will not close the borders and enforce the immigration laws.

The Manatee County Sheriff's Office released little information about the arrest of 22-year-old Vicente Ignacio Beltran-Moreno, a Mexican national. A news conference was planned for later in the afternoon.
Several migrants said it was Beltran-Moreno, a former farmworker who still had many friends in the camps..........

kidnapping for ransom is a common trend in spanish speaking countries. i'm not sure if sexual abduction is related.

I love how the AP refers to this criminal as a "Mexican National", when if fact he's an "Illegal Alien". The AP's liberal bias would be laughable, if it weren't so serious.

If this isn't a good reason to close our border then what is........
Underpaid illegal workers that allow US companies to avoid paying minimum wages, avoid paying social security and avoid paying income taxes for their "employees".
Every job "they" take is one less job for an American.
When will we wake up and take back OUR country!!!

Let me get this straight. Illegal from Mexico, back in Mexico. We bring him back here to cost the taxpayers a million in court costs. We then charge the taxpayers millions more for three hots and a cot and free medical care in one of our fine U.S. prisons. Am I the only one this makes no sense too? Another prime candidate for a 45 caliber bullet to the back of the head.

I don't see the problem here. This poor illegal alien just came to America to abduct children Americans would not abduct.

I wait with baited breath, knowing that the
Justice Dept. will give Beltran-Moreno immunity
so he can testify against his captor's for violating his civil rights. My bet is he will walk
and the police will go to jail. Justics as usual.

Kidnapping for ransom is SOP in many nations south of our border. Kidnapping is considered no big deal. Hundreds are kidnapped every year in Mexico, Central and South America. Many are ransomed but many are never heard or seen again. In the Nuevo Laredo area and in other areas in Mexico at least 500 young women have been kidnapped, some bodies have been found, but most never turn up. There are even cases of kidnappings for ransom as far as major Texas towns, Dallas, Houston and San Antonio - that is if the FBI can be believed.

Two movies brought it home to me which is why I did research on the problem - Man on Fire with the wonderful Denzel Washington and Traffic which caught the problems of corruption, kidnapping, drug running.

My question -- we have been down this road before in other major influxes of immigrants who came legally. Now we have most who do not come legally. IT took decades to get the various mafias, crime families, vice, murder and corruption under a modicum of control. Do WE want to go through that again with Russian gangs, Latino gangs, Chinese gangs, mostly immigrants, when we have so many of our own home grown problem children to deal with. US prisons are over crowded now, we have over 600 thousand illegals in US prisons currently at some considerable cost to the taxpayer. When do our leaders, the various church groups, lawyers and identity activist groups cut us a break?? Just wondering. This kidnap for ransom by a Mexican national here illegally is only the tip of the crime nightmare. We can thanks our morons in DC for allowing it to happen and expecting US to pick up the tab. Enough already!! Before there is a revolution from middle America - fix migration, immigration and let it become a privilege to be here NOT an entitlement.
