this reply is pass due.
Ms. Long was also my teacher, as well as my aunt.
Dana Jo was her daughter, my cousin, we were 6 months apart in age.

Ms. Long is in assisted living in Bernie, Mo, she is 97 years old.
Dana passed away I think, 2/2004, 2005, not sure.

I remember a few teachers...Mrs. Gow, Mr. Bacherlor, Mr. Brittain, & Mrs. Rone. I attended Parma school from 83 - 86. My family moved away 2 Arkansas in the summer of 86. I lobed that little school. I travel back to Mo often to visit relatives & I ride thru Parma to reminisce on my childhood. There's nothing like growing up in a small town.

They were some really good teachers. I, too, went to Parma during those times. Boy how I miss the good ole' days of having our own school and being a fun town to hang out in.
