Can anyone explain one thing.....having the actual sexual act is not illegal but having a picture is....what is wrong with that? He could have given her any number of diseases or gotten her pregnant and wouldn't have gotten any trouble because the age of consent is 16 but having a compromising picture is a possible 10 year sentence. That is seriously wrong!!!!!
