He was a good kid

Jul 15, 2009 | Posted by: roboblogger | Full story: Star-Press

I, as well as many other community members, were very bothered by the article in the July 8 edition of The Star Press titled 'Parker City native held in slaying.' We feel the negative comments published did not adequately portray Noah Whitehead's years at Monroe Central.

Those of you defending Noah Whitehead obviously did not know the TRUE Noah. He was a dark boy who has always taken this path towards prison since he was a teenager. Just look at his record! I did know him and all he ever did was rip people off and do anything that would benefit himself no matter what the harm to others was. How can you say that this was a mistake when he brutally murdered a STRANGER just for his MONEY! That's not a mistake! That's one messed up human being and he deserves everything that's coming to him.

Even though you feel you know all about Noah, did you ever think about his family and how this effects them?

He was a good kid before he started hanging out with the wrong people. Noah was always a follower and not a leader that was his major down fall. I honestly think he deserves life in prison for what he did. It's just sad to see someone you knew in high school turn into a murder.

I did npt say Noah was not wrong. I just said the people need to remember the family did not do this. His grandparents and his aunt and Uncle and cousins are all devastaed by this. Let's all remember that when a person commits a crime it does not just effect that person

so how long did u know Noah? I doubt it was 20 yrs like a lot of us have. so don't talk about the true Noah. what record may u b talking about. he didn't have one here. it must have been after he came to Texas and wad around a bunch of junkies. he was a real good kid in school the last person we would ever expect to do such a thing. it just proves how badly drugs can take a hold on ur life. and it sounds to me like u r upset about a drug deal gone bad.
